Shipping Policy

June 2020 Update

Domestic orders may experience delays. Please budget at least 10-15 days for your flasks to arrive. Our goal is to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible and we process orders immediately. As soon as your order is placed, the shipment is prepared at our warehouse. However, due to COVID, our warehouse is short-staffed, carrier pickups have become unreliable, and typical transit times have increased across the board. We rely on 3rd party carriers such as USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL to deliver your packages to you and the whole system is under an immense amount of stress. We ask that you exercise patience and use your tracking number to keep an eye on your order. Our customer service team is overwhelmed by transit-time inquiries and our team does not have any information beyond the tracking numbers provided by our carriers. Thank you for understanding and we will continue doing everything we can to ensure the timely delivery of your flasks. 

International: We have temporarily suspended international shipments. We hope to resume this service as soon as September. We are in the process of opening a number of distribution centers in Australia, the EU and Canada. 

How much does shipping cost?

Priority Mail shipping rates start at $6.95 The cost of shipping varies based on your location. The USPS calculator provides approximate shipping rates based on the type of package and Priority Mail shipping, and shipping to and from addresses - meaning the rates are tailored to each order. 

The USPS calculator provides approximate, dynamically-calculated shipping rates based on the weight and dimensions of the order, and on the shipping cost to and from addresses. 

Do you ship internationally? (Update: 6/10/2020)

We have suspended international service due to unreliable delivery times and exorbitant costs. We hope to begin shipping internationally again in September. 

Normally, Rates vary based on package size and location. International delivery times vary by location. Tracking is often not available to international customers once it leaves the USA.

**Buyers are responsible for additional taxes and CUSTOMs FEES should they occur.**

Shipments usually arrive at their international destination within 3 weeks. If you do not see an update on the tracking for 30 days, your package may be lost in customs and you will need to file a claim with the carrier. 

Lost or Stolen Packages - Once a parcel leaves our warehouse facility it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Unfortunately, we do not have any tools or resources to help you track down your packages beyond the information provided to customers via tracking links. Please file a claim with the carrier if your tracking has not been updated within 30 days. If your package is displayed as delivered but your package has not arrived, please wait 48 hours before filing a claim (sometimes packages get lost on the trucks). 

Military, Air Force, Embassy -  BAD IDEA - Shipping to these bases or embassy locations usually results in a lost package. Please only use residential addresses. We have no way to help you recover lost packages to these types of locations. We are very sorry if your package has been lost, we tried to warn you...

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders will typically arrive within 7-9 business days. Expedited shipping is available in select locations.
