Saint Patrick's Day is one of our favorite holidays - we love any excuse to share drinks with friends! This year we're skipping the green beer and opting for a tasty cocktail made with our preferred Irish spirit (whiskey of course). This PERFECT Irish Coffee is better than a pot of gold. Sláinte!
Smooth Irish Whiskey, a bit of bitter coffee, and a little sweetness from cream and sugar will make you feel like you've found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Ingredients
7 oz Fresh Brewed Coffee
1.5 oz Irish Whiskey
2 Sugar Cubes
1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Add hot water to warm up your tumbler, dump it out before step 2
Add fresh brewed coffee and whiskey.
Toss in sugar cubes, stir till dissolved.
Whip heavy cream until peaks start to form.
Layer the cream on top by slowly pouring over the backside of a spoon.
