All orders ship from our warehouse in Portland, OR. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and federal holidays.

Holiday Season Shipping Disclaimer
Please note that during the Holiday season, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. While we make every effort to process all orders promptly, shipping dates and delivery times are based on the carriers’ published deadlines for holiday delivery.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to weather disruptions, increased holiday volume, or logistical challenges. We strongly encourage customers to place orders early to ensure timely delivery for Christmas and year-end gifting.

- Orders cannot be modified, changed, or canceled once placed.
- Please double-check your shipping address, cart items, and lead times before checking out.
Carrier Responsibilities
- Once your order ships, any questions about transit, delays, or delivery holds should be directed to the carrier.
- High Camp Flasks is not responsible for transit delays, customs issues (for international orders), or misrouted shipments.
Delivery Issues
- Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accurate delivery address.
High Camp Flasks not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. - If your package is marked delivered but you don’t see it:
- Wait 48 hours—carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
- Check with neighbors or your building manager
- Use the tracking link for proof-of-delivery photos, if available
- If still missing, contact the carrier to file a claim
International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally! Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout—no surprise fees upon delivery.
Shipping Time & Customs Delays
International orders may take up to 3–4 weeks to arrive, depending on customs processing times.
Please note: Our flasks can appear unusual in x-ray scans and may be held at customs for extended periods without tracking updates. In most cases, they are not lost—just delayed.
Lost Package Claims
Carriers do not allow claims on international packages unless there have been no tracking updates for 21 days.
This is a carrier policy, not ours, and we kindly ask for your patience. We understand these delays may be frustrating and reflect poorly on our customer service, but they are unfortunately out of our control.

If an item is out of stock on the distributor site, you can still order from our U.S. store and pay for international shipping. We recommend checking with the distributor first to see if restocks are expected.
⚠️ Military, Embassy & Air Force Addresses
We strongly discourage shipping to military bases, embassies, or APO/FPO addresses.
Packages to these locations are frequently lost, and we have no ability to recover them.
Please use a residential address whenever possible.
We’re truly sorry if a package has been lost—we do our best to communicate the risks upfront.
