Inspired by the underwater wildlife that would send any surfer’s adrenaline level to the max, this sweet and herbaceous cocktail pairs excellently with oysters on the halfshell, raw or char grilled. We use predominantly blanco tequila for the backbone, so the agave flavor shines through on every sip.
Beginning your descent as you fly into SFO, you’ll see a knife edge gash of water cutting into California’s coastline, effectively separating Tomales Point from the rest of Marin County. You are looking at Tomales Bay, a body of water that is the actual San Andreas Fault. It’s part of fog-covered Point Reyes National Seashore and it’s also entirely encompassed by the infamous Red Triangle, home of the largest Great White Sharks in the world. This peninsula would absolutely be the part of California that slices off during an earthquake and also the destination we planned to celebrate 2021’s National Public Lands Day.

With prominent views of the snow capped Three Sisters, scenic bike paths, a golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, this trip is destined to be the ultimate bonding trip with Dad.
Cinco De Mayo is here and we're celebrating with some tasty tequila drinks courtesy of our friends atSuerte. We love any excuse to try out new cocktail recipes and taking them out for a test drive in our backyard, on a picnic with friends, or at the top of the peak we just hiked. Spring has sprung and we are toasting it - Salud!

You don’t need any fancy equipment to make it, and you’ll feel like quite the accomplished home bartender when you shake it up. If you aren’t a fan of whiskey and have wondered “how do you make whiskey tasty,” a whiskey smash is the perfect place to start.
This year we could definitely all use a little luck of the Irish. In honor of one our favorite holidays - because who doesn't love an excuse to drink? - we reached out to Ransom Spirits. Their Emerald 1865 is (technically) an American whiskey, but it's renowned for being close to a classic Irish whiskey... and it's well worth searching for. We figured this made it the perfect choice for our Saint Patrick's Day cocktail. Sláinte!
