High Camp Designs, Inc. (“High Camp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at https://highcampflasks.com (the “Site”). This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions governing returns and refunds for products purchased through the Site.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within thirty (30) days of delivery, subject to the terms outlined below.

 

Please note: custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

 

To initiate a return, email us at cheers@highcampflasks.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If you're requesting a replacement due to damage or a warranty issue, please include a photo. If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization number (RA#). Once we receive the item(s) in unused and sellable condition with all original packaging, we will issue a refund for the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will generally be processed within approximately five (5) to ten (10) business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

 

Holiday Return Policy

 

From time to time, High Camp may offer extended return windows during holiday periods.

 

Purchases made between November 1 and December 24, 2025 are eligible for return or exchange through January 15, 2026.

 

Exchanges

 

To exchange your purchase, initiate a return for your original order following the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

 

Damages or Defects

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective (for example, scratched, dented, or otherwise defective), please contact us at cheers@highcampflasks.com and include your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or other resolution where appropriate.

 

Items returned in a condition that is not consistent with the return requirements described in this policy may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Warranty

 

Our flasks, tumblers, and shakers are designed for long-term use, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, High Camp will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no cost to the customer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or other damage resulting from ordinary use.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from High Camp or from an authorized reseller.

 

High Camp’s sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace the defective product.

 

Except as expressly stated in this section, the products are provided “as is,” and High Camp disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

Improper Use

 

Failure to follow proper care and use instructions may void the manufacturer’s warranty.

 

Examples include:

· Do not place carbonated, fermented or dairy beverages in Firelight, Torch, Parkside flasks, or the Highball Shaker.

· Do not freeze the product, use dry ice, or place the product in a microwave.

· Do not put your flasks, tumblers or shakers in the dishwasher or use bleach.

· Rinse products after each use and dry completely before reassembling.

· Use the included microfiber cloth to protect the finish during travel and storage.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you have not received a refund after the processing period:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may apply.

Gifts

 

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser and original payment method.

 

Changes to This Refund Policy

 

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our Site.
