Ok gift but just threw it away!

Campfire Bitters

The Campfire bitters arrived about an hour ago while I was in the middle of a Sazerac. Put a couple of dashes in for a goof, and it blew me away! The smoke flavor was muted, but complimented the herbal notes of the cocktail. The odd thing to me was how it really brought out the best in the Absinthe and Peychauds. Great combination I will try again for sure. After I tried a few dashes in a couple of ounces of seltzer to get a better taste of the bitters and I can totally see this going with so many different cocktails.

Good but pricey

The bitters add just a touch of smoke but it is a very small bottle.

Smokey mocktail

We love Mezcal but are not drinking at the moment so having fun using these high camp bitters to make mocktails that have a Smokey flavor such as mezcal really hits the spot. Pro tip a salted rim really takes it to the next level!!
