How Do I Add An Engraving?

The fastest and easiest way to order a custom engraved flask or shaker is directly through our website using our online product customizer. If you are reading this, there should be a “personalize” button above. Tap that to get started.

We offer 3 different ways to customize a flask through our customizer:

Add custom text using a variety of fonts.
Start from one of our customization templates. We have editable templates to suit many interests, holidays, life events and more.
Upload your own custom graphic. Custom graphics may be uploaded as .png or .jpg files with a minimum of 500 x 500 pixel resolution.

Note: Customers must agree to all customization terms and conditions to order a custom product. Please read and accept the terms using the checkbox in the customization process.

How Long Does It Take To Receive A Custom Engraved Product?

Great news! Our custom turnaround times are short by most industry standards. We work extremely hard to quickly process, engrave, and ship custom orders. Most custom products are engraved and shipped within 4-6 business days. Once shipped, delivery is dependent on the shipping method you choose at checkout. We offer Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping on custom orders. We are unable to provide Overnight Shipping on engraved products.

What Does Engraving Look Like? Can I See A Preview?

We use a laser etching process that removes the outer coating of finish from the product to reveal the stainless steel material beneath. Unlike screen printing, laser engraving won’t rub off or chip over time.

Our customizer will generate an engraving file preview link within your shopping cart. Note that the preview generated in our customizer is only an approximation of how the engraving will look.

I want to use my own graphic, can to do an engraving of YOUR IDEA HERE?

We have great news. We use precision lasers to create one-of-a-kind flasks, so it's possible to engrave designs of all kinds. While our customizer can accept and process many types of images, the best design files are created from black & white or single-color .png or .jpg files that are a minimum of 500 pixels wide and 500 pixels tall. Think line art, pencil/pen sketches, logos, or anything with obvious contrast. Full color photos are often challenging to reproduce.

When you use our online customizer, you will be able to preview your design as you produce it. Additionally, a preview option will be available in your cart once you've added your flask. Please note that these previews are for layout only. The engraving process reveals stainless steel beneath the outer flask color, actual contrast may vary by flask color.

We do have a few rules with uploaded engraving files.

You must have the rights to use any design you upload.
All custom sales are final. No changes or cancellations can be made once your order is submitted.
To place a custom order you must agree to the our terms and conditions by accepting the terms checkbox in the customization process.

What Will My Engraving Look Like?

Our laser etching process removes the outer coating of finish from the product to reveal the stainless steel material beneath. Unlike screen printing, laser engraving won’t rub off or chip over time. Your engraving will be revealed in the contrast between the raw stainless steel and the paint color of the flask. The level of contrast will vary between the different colors of flasks. Darker or bolder colors often engrave better. More neutral colors will be more subtle.

Please note, the preview/mockup generated in our customizer is only an approximation of how the engraving will look.

Can I Return A Customized Flask?

Customized flasks are made-to-order and personalized specifically for you. As such, all customized flasks are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
