Self-Serve Bulk Custom FAQ

Our website can accommodate custom flask orders of up to 48 units as long as the inventory is available. If you are interested in placing a larger order, reselling flasks, or have other bulk customization questions, please visit our Corporate & Bulk Sales Page.

  • Orders of 6+ units receive 15% OFF
  • Orders of 12+ units receive 20% OFF

All discounts will be applied to your cart and order automatically once your order qualifies for the unit threshold. If a larger discount is available, like during a holiday sales period, the larger discount will always apply. Additionally, all self-serve bulk custom orders qualify for free shipping. These are our best available prices for bulk custom orders of these quantities.

Our standard engraving timelines for self-serve bulk custom orders are:

  • Orders up to 24 units - 3 business days
  • Orders 24 to 48 units - 5 business days

In most cases, you will receive your flasks within 2 to 3 weeks from placing your order. We will provide all standard fulfillment, shipping, and delivery notifications, including tracking on these orders.

If you need your flasks faster, please contact customize@highcampflasks.com. In some cases, we can expedite engraving (additional costs may apply) and expedited shipping is always an option. Please understand we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

Design/Logo Upload File Specifications

  • File type: .jpg or .png files only
  • Minimum resolution: 500 x 500 px

Tips for Best Results

  • High contrast or black & white only logos typically work best
  • Use higher resolution files at 150-300 dpi if possible
  • Vertical stack logos & designs often look better on our flasks

We use a laser etching process that removes the outer coating of finish from the product to reveal the stainless steel material beneath. Unlike screen printing, laser engraving won’t rub off or chip over time.

Our website automatically generates a preview for each product in your cart during the customization process and in an email after your purchase. This preview and the preview/mockup generated in our customizer is only an approximation of how the engraving will look.
