Historically, the campsite has been the domain of canned beer & cheap whiskey. My friends, it's time to break free of that stereotype. With the right tools, there's no reason you can't mix something special. There's no reason you can't sip something that's as bright, refreshing, and vibrant as the scenery around you.

For this week's Friday Fill, we’ve got our friend Val from @cocktailswithval bringing you something you can cheers,  an incredibly easy, gorgeously pink Batched Raspberry Lemon Drop. Why should it be a summer camp staple? It's simple to prep, deeply refreshing, and guaranteed to elevate your weekend in the woods.

🏕️ Camp Cocktails: Batched Raspberry Lemon Drop

This recipe yields 4 delicious drinks, making it an ideal sharable cocktail for your weekend getaway.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2 large handfuls of fresh raspberries
  • 6 oz of Vodka
  • 2 oz of Orange Liqueur (such as Triple Sec or Cointreau)
  • 4 oz of Simple Syrup
  • 3 oz of Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Ice for shaking and serving
  • Garnish: Lemon slices and fresh raspberries

How to Make It:

  1. Muddle: Toss the two large handfuls of fresh raspberries into your shaker and muddle them well to bring out that fresh, tart flavor.
  2. Pour: Add your vodka, orange liqueur, simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice directly into the shaker.
  3. Shake: Fill with ice, seal it up tightly, and shake until perfectly chilled.
