Take a whiskey sour and pump it up with some Italian liqueurs.... ta-da, you've got a Paper Plane. Created by Australian bartender Sam Ross while listening to the British rapper M.I.A's, song "Paper Planes", this equal-parts whiskey cocktail is growing in popularity throughout the U.S
- 1oz/4oz Bourbon
- 1oz/4oz Lemon Juice
- 1oz/4oz Aperol
- 1oz/4oz Amaro Nonino
Add all of the ingredients into your cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain and serve up in your tumbler.
